Sec and Sat's Lottery
Roll up, roll up and eat a pickle
-Sorry, couldn't resist.
1st prize is 50 million ISK, second prize is 10 million ISK.
I'm a bit more concise but I'll still paste the rules
This lottery is free, one ticket per character please.
We discourage alt posting but there's really no way I can stop you.
1, The free lottery is open only to young characters between the ages of 15 days and 2 months (this will be verified before you are entered). This is in an attempt to allow new players to the game to benefit from this "charity" while having an easy going competition.
2, Tickets for the free lottery are restricted to 1 per person/character.
3, In the event that any of the winning tickets are unoccupied, those respective prizes will rollover to the next week (The main prize would double to 100m and the runner up prize would double to 20m).
4, Donations are gladly accepted but will not increase the chances of winning. We won't be bought.
5, Entries must be placed by the specified time on the respective draw days. This is so we can check everything is right and that characters fall within the correct age range.
6, You must post here with the number you choose (asking for "any number" just means more work at our end and will not be carried out).
7, In the event of a mistake being made by us (the organisers) we will judge the severity of the mistake and make good any "**** ups" by compensating the wronged party at our discretion.
8, Once an entry has been placed there will be no changes made.
9, Lotteries will have the winning tickets picked from the bonus ball on the main UK lottery on those respective days. The runner up in the lottery will be chosen by the first ball out on the corresponding Wednesday lottery.

Alright, I've got a streamlined system for accepting lottery requests...please post on here as well, but this makes it easier to keep track of.

Make sure you have the index.htm, I'm using a friend's site(which he doesn't use anymore) and I can't get the default lottery page to become the front page, but here are the forms. Still send ISK to wherever Satrani wants it "The Rat Race" corporation IIRC.
Anyway, a website that delivers the info right to my mailbox. I'll look at updating the prizes and stuff if I can. Enjoy!

I believe the winning number is 43, otherwise known as no one, and the prize rolls over, YET AGAIN.
Prize next week: 150 million ISK.
People, please keep signing up so we can actually fill one up! Why isn't every player under two months signing up...it's free isk! I really don't know...
